Salers cheese chips
Preparation of the recipe
- Preheat the deep fat fryer to 180°C.
- Cut the Salers cheese into large chips.
- Coat the cheese with the flour, then dip in the egg white and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Repeat the operation a second time.
- Fry until golden coloured.
- Place on a paper towel to soak up any excess oil.
- Salt and taste.
- 500g Dischamp Salers cheese
- 300g of bread crumbs (hard bread placed in a blender)
- 200g of flour
- 4 egg whites
